Four area attorneys, William F. Anzalone, Joseph A. Quinn Jr., Neil T. O Donnell and Patrick E. Dougherty, who are prominent members of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association/the Bar Association of Luzerne County, recently were named in the top 100 lawyers of Pennsylvania for 2007 by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. They are the only lawyers chosen this year from Luzerne County and surrounding counties that make up Northeastern Pennsylvania.
