KINGSTON, Pa. — Super Lawyers included Attorney Gerard W. Gaughan of O’Donnell Law Offices on the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list for 2024. This is Gaughan’s third year of being recognized with this prestigious designation.

Gerard’s work focuses on personal injury, product liability, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and truck collisions. He proudly serves as a volunteer coordinator for the Luzerne County Mock Trial and as President of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association’s Young Lawyer Division.
