Dear Mr. O’Donnell,
I hope this card finds you well. It may seem ridiculous to mail you a scarf that I knitted for you, but I wasn’t prepared for the 60 degree temperatures!
I sent it anyway because I wanted to thank you SINCERELY for all the hard work, hours and effort you have spent on the case between the insurance companies and my husband and myself.
You have no idea how much we appreciate you, your office, and all of your staff who have been so helpful, patient and kind to us.
I am enjoying the warmer weather for now and I trust that it will eventually get cold again and then maybe you could give the scarf a try.
I picked out the color and knit it special for you, I do hope you like it!
Very Sincerely,
Rosemarie Turnbaugh
