KINGSTON, Pa. — Attorney Michael A. O’Donnell of O’Donnell Law Offices was named a Super Lawyers honoree for the second time. Previously, Attorney O’Donnell was named to the Super Lawyers list in 2023 and was a Rising Stars honoree for six years prior.

Michael works primarily on behalf of injured workers in workers’ compensation matters. He also focuses his work on behalf of victims’ rights in the areas of personal injury and Social Security Disability. Since 2015, Michael has been certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Michael is one of only approximately 200 lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to have earned and currently hold the workers’ compensation specialty certification.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Michael earned his K-12 teaching certification from Bloomsburg university, which has helped him form bonds with unionized members of the community, many of whom he represents.
Michael is also active outside of his profession and has held leadership roles with the Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He’s currently a member of the Advisory Council for Junior Leadership Northeast and coaches in the Back Mountain Little League.
