Michael works primarily on behalf of injured workers in workers’ compensation matters. He also focuses his work on behalf of victims’ rights in the areas of personal injury and Social Security Disability. Since 2015, Michael has been certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Michael is 1 of only approximately 200 lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to have earned and currently hold the workers’ compensation specialty certification.
