Gaughan’s second year to be recognized with this prestigious
designation. The annual selection process includes a statewide survey of

In order to qualify, attorneys for the Rising Stars list must either
be aged 40 or younger, or have been in practice for 10 years or less. No
more than 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys are selected as Rising Stars
